Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Seuda Foods Inc. On our website, through e-mail, phone, in person or any other way.

All perishable food leaves our location (Seuda Foods Inc.) fresh and frozen. Once the food is picked up by the delivery service whom Seuda Foods Inc.  chose, Seuda Foods Inc. is no longer responsible for spoilage, physical damage, broken seals or any other damage.

Once the food is picked up by the delivery service whom Seuda Foods Inc. chose, Seuda Foods Inc.  is no longer responsible in any way for the package and its contents. This includes any delays in delivery, any lost packages, Or if your destination refuses the package.                                                                        

The total price on the website does not include the cost for shipping. The cost for shipping will be determined after your order is weighed and packed. You will be billed and charged separately for shipping fees.

Please note, we ONLY ship Priority Overnight (usually with Fed Ex). Their rates can be found on their website- www.fedex.com. Then Click on Rates.

If you choose your own FedEx account, we will still charge you $35 per box to cover our handling fees.

All the pictures on our website (www.seuda.com and www.seuda.myshopify.com ) are not accurate. Not in size, volume, amounts, color, shape or in any other way. They are for reference only.          

All food is sold AS IS. Seuda Foods Inc. will not refund or accept returns once your order is shipped.

All orders come packed in aluminum tins double wrapped and sealed. (This does not include any salads, drinks or bakery items.)                                                                                        

All orders are shipped without a recipient needing to sign for it.

Any change to an order must be done through email at orders@seuda.com . Changes will only be accepted if you receive an email confirming the change request has been approved.

On most orders you may cancel your order up to 5 days in advance. Cancellation request must be made through email at orders@seuda.com . To be considered cancelled you must receive confirmation from us accepting your cancellation.  

If something you ordered will not be available we will do our best to notify you.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of your order  if we feel necessary for any reason.
